With the patented thermal crimp technology, the connector is automatically made from a strip of tinned copper material with a servo controlled variable feed length. This connector is formed into a "G" clip configuration and presented to the operator for placement of the magnet and/or lead wire. Not only will this lower the material cost of your product, but it also eliminates the need to stock different connectors that are sized specifically to the wire bundle size. Different size (CMA) connections can be automatically sequenced, in order, to make the various connections around the stator. Once fused, excess wire can be trimmed from the connection.
